1. Difrax provides a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided that the product has been used
as intended, is not mechanically damaged and that the seal has not been broken. Complaints should be
made at the place of purchase.
2. It is recommended that the buyer delivers the item in its original factory packaging, additionally
protected against damage. Damage caused by improper protection of the article is not covered for repair
under the warranty.
3. The warranty period is extended by the amount of time from reporting a defect or damage until the
item is repaired.
4. The warranty repair does not cover the work listed in the manual, which the buyer is obliged to carry out
themselves and at their own expense.
5. Any cleaning of items will be carried out at the buyer's expense according to the price list provided at the
authorised service point and is not treated as warranty repair.
6. Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
a) mechanical damage to the article caused during use or during delivery of the article for repair;
b) damages and defects arising from:
• the use of the article for purposes other than those for which it is intended;
• use, maintenance, storage or installation that is incorrect or not in accordance with the instructions; use
of unsuitable consumables;
• repairs carried out by unauthorised persons; if it is established that such a repair has occurred or the
article has been opened arbitrarily, the warranty will be voided;
• modifications, structural changes or use for non-original repairs;
• spare parts;
c) glass parts, light bulbs, lights;
d) consumables
7. The warranty card will be invalid without the name and model of the item and a purchase date confirmed
by the seller's stamp and signature.
8. The above warranty for consumer goods sold excludes, does not limit, suspend, or exclude the rights of
the buyer as a result of non-compliance with the contract for the items.
