Instandsetzung
Elektrischer Strom und elektrisch leitende Bauteile
können bei direkter Berührung zu Verletzungen
bis hin zum Tod führen!
Lassen Sie durch eine Elektrofachkraft die Anlage
GEFAHR!
sicher vom Strom- und/oder Druckluftnetz tren-
nen.
Die Anlage muss bei den Arbeiten gegen unge-
wolltes einschalten gesichert sein!
Erkundigen Sie sich vor Beginn der Arbeiten beim
Betreiber der Anlage über das Gefahrenportential,
das vom Medium und/ oder Anlage ausgehen
kann.
Nichtbeachtung kann je nach Medium zu schwers-
GEFAHR!
ten Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führen!
Dem Medium angepasste Schutzkleidung/
Schutzausrüstung tragen.
die Rohrleitung und die Armatur müssen vor Beginn
aller Arbeiten Umgebungstemperatur angenommen
haben, drucklos und entleert sein.
ACHTUNG: im Inneren der Armatur kann sich noch
Medium befinden!
Armaturen, die gesundheitsgefährdende Medien
fördern, müssen vor Beginn aller Arbeiten dekontami-
niert werden!
Austretendes Medium ordnungsgemäß Auffangen und
Entsorgen!

Medium tritt zwischen Gehäuse und Mem-
brane aus
Rohrleitungsdruck verringern.
Anzugsmoment der Gehäuseschrauben gemäß
Tabelle »Abb. 3« überprüfen und ggf. nachziehen.
11.2
Medium tritt am Antrieb aus
Membrane gemäß »Abb. 4/5/6/7« austauschen.
11.3
Leckage im Durchgang
Steuerdruck überprüfen. Ist der zu gering, bitte auf 6
bar (NC, NO) bzw. 4 bar (DA) erhöhen.
11.4
Defekter Antrieb
Reparaturen an den Antrieben sind untersagt.
Diese stehen bei der NC bzw. NO Version unter
Federvorspannung.
Bei unsachgemäßem Öffnen können durch die
Federkraft Antriebsteile herausgeschleudert werden,
die zu schweren Verletzungen führen können.
Schicken Sie den defekten Pneumatikantrieb zur
Reparatur an ASV Stübbe.

Repair
Electrical current and live components can cause
injuries or even death in the event of direct con-
tact!
Have the plant/system reliably disconnected from
DANGER
the power supply and/or compressed air network
by an electrician.
Ensure that the plant/system is secured against
unintentional reactivation throughout the duration
of the work!
Prior to commencing work ask the user/owner of
the valve to provide you with information about
the potential danger emanating from the fluid
and/or the plant/system.
Non-observance depending on medium will lead to
DANGER
serious injuries or even death!
Wear protective clothes/personal protection
equipment suitable for the respective fluid.
Prior to starting any work, ensure that the valve is at
ambient temperature, and has been depressurized
and emptied.
DANGER: there may still be fluid inside the valve!
Valves which shut off hazardous liquids must be de-
contaminated before starting work!
collect and dispose of fluid residue according to the
regulations.

Valve is leaking between body and dia-
phragm
pipeline pressure decrease.
Check the tightening torque of the body screws acc.
table »fig. 3«. If they are too low, tighten please.

Valve is leaking at the drive
replace the membrane acc. »Abb. 4/5/6/7«.

Leakage in the pipe
check the control pressure. It that too low, please
raise up to 6 bar (NC, NO) or 4 bar (DA).
11.4
Malfunctioning actuator
Repairing of the actuator is prohibited.
They are under spring preload in the NO and NC
version.
If opened improperly internal parts might be ejected
by the the spring force with the risk of causing severe
injuries
Return malfunctioning pneumatic actuators to ASV
Stübbe for repair or maintenance.
