Personal, welches dieses Gerät installiert, programmiert, in Betrieb nimmt oder wartet,
muss diese Anleitung gelesen und verstanden haben.
WARNUNG
Elektrische Installationen, Inbetriebnahme- und Wartungsarbeiten dürfen nur von
•
ausgebildeten Elektrofachkräften mit einschlägiger Unfallverhütungs-Ausbildung und
unter Beachtung der gültigen Vorschriften durchgeführt werden.
• Schutzmaßnahmen und Schutzeinrichtungen müssen den gültigen Vorschriften
entsprechen.
Beschädigte Produkte dürfen weder installiert noch in Betrieb genommen werden.

Nicht unter Last anschließen oder trennen!

Bei Arbeiten am Flachleitungsenergiebus und dessen Komponenten sind diese vom

Versorgungsnetz zu trennen und gegen Wiedereinschalten abzusichern.
1 Funktionsbeschreibung
Das Verteilermodul podis® CON FKFC7 wird mit einer Rundleitung gespeist und die Energie
kann von bis zu zwei Flachleitungen entnommen werden.

4 Lieferumfang mit Beschreibung
Auslieferungszustand: Hutschiene und Reihenklemmen im Gehäuse montiert, Deckel mit
zwei Umdrehungen angeschraubt. Eine Flachleitungsdurchführung 7G4 liegt bei. Wird eine
zweite benötigt, muss diese separat bestellt werden (siehe Kapitel
9 "Bestellinformationen"). Lieferumfang ohne Kabelverschraubung und Gegenmutter. Diese
müssen aus dem Zubehör mitbestellt werden.

6 Montage
• Der Untergrund muss eben und tragfähig sein.
• Für die Montage auf dem Untergrund dürfen nur die vorgesehenen Bohrungen in der
Bodenplatte des Gerätes verwendet werden. Weitere Bohrungen an anderer Stelle sind
nicht zulässig!
1. Nehmen Sie das Produkt aus der Verpackung.
2. Wenn Sie zwei Flachleitungen anschließen möchten, brechen Sie die zusätzliche
Öffnung für die Leitungsdurchführung mit einem Schraubendreher aus.
3. Positionieren Sie das Modul an der Flachleitung. Markieren Sie die Befestigungspunkte
auf dem Untergrund.
4. Je nach Untergrund bohren Sie die Löcher für die Dübel und Befestigungsschrauben.
5. Positionieren Sie das Modul und schrauben Sie es mit geeigneten Schrauben fest.
6. Lösen Sie die vier Schrauben am Deckel vom Modul und nehmen Sie den Deckel ab.
7. Montieren Sie die Kabelverschraubung.
8. Manteln Sie die Rundleitung gemäß ihrer Anwendung / Konfiguration ab.
9. Führen Sie die Rundleitung durch die Verschraubung in das Gehäuse ein.
10. Entfernen Sie die Isolierung der Einzeladern der Rundleitung entsprechend der
Vorgaben für den Klemmraum der Reihenklemmen (siehe Kapitel 8 "Technische
Daten").
11. Verdrahten Sie die Leiter der Rundleitung entsprechend Ihres Verdrahtungsplans.
12. Montieren Sie die beigelegte Flachleitungsdurchführung am Gehäuse und der
Flachleitung vor.
13. Entfernen Sie den Mantel der Flachleitung um 95 mm. Bei Verwendung von zwei
Flachleitungen entfernen Sie den Mantel der unteren Flachleitung um 120 mm.
14. Entfernen Sie die Isolierung der Einzeladern entsprechend der Vorgaben zum
Klemmraum der Reihenklemmen (siehe Kapitel 8 "Technische Daten").
15. Führen Sie die untere Flachleitung in das Gehäuse ein.
16. Schließen Sie die Einzeladern der unteren Flachleitung an den im Gehäuse
vormontierten Reihenklemmen an.
17. Wiederholen Sie Handlungsschritte 15 und 16 für die obere Flachleitung.
18. Schrauben Sie die zwei Schrauben der Flachleitungsdurchführungen fest. Damit
erreichen Sie die Zugentlastung und Abdichtung.
19. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben TORX TX 15 des Deckels an. Drehmoment: 1,2 Nm.

1 Functional description
The podis® CON FKFC7 distributor module is fed by a round conductor and the power can be
taken from up to two flat cables.

4 Scope of delivery with description
As-delivered condition: DIN rail (top hat rail) and terminal blocks mounted in the housing,
cover tightened with two turns. One 7G4 flat cable throughput is included. If a second
throughput is required, this must be ordered separately (see chapter 9 "Ordering
information"). Cable screw gland and nut not included in the scope of supply. These items
must be ordered from the accessories when ordering the second flat cable throughput.

5 Dimensions and drilling template (in mm)

6 Mounting
• The base must be even and capable of supporting the weight.
• Only the provided drill holes are to be used for fastening to the mounting point. The use
of additional drill holes at other points is not permissible!
1. Remove the product from its packaging.
2. If you wish to connect two flat cables, use a screwdriver to break open the additional
opening for feeding the cable through.
3. Position the module on the flat cable. Mark the fastening points on the base.
4. Depending on the type of base, drill holes for the plugs and screws.
5. Position the module and screw it tight with suitable screws.
6. Loosen the four screws on the cover of the module, and remove the cover.
7. Mount the cable gland.
8. Strip the round conductor according to its application / configuration.
9. Feed the round conductor through the gland nut and into the housing.
10. Remove the insulation from the single cores of the round conductor according to the
specifications for the terminal block compartment (see chapter 8 "Technical Data").
11. Connect the round conductor's wires according to your wiring diagram.
12. Preassemble the flat cable throughput (supplied) on the housing and the flat cable.
13. Remove a length of 95 mm of the flat cable's sheath. If using two flat cables, remove a
length of 120 mm of the bottom flat cable's sheath.
14. Remove the insulation from the single cores according to the specifications for the
terminal block compartment (see chapter 8 "Technical Data").
15. Feed the bottom flat cable into the housing.
16. Connect the single cores of the bottom flat cable to the terminal blocks, preassembled
in the housing.
17. Repeat steps 15 and 16 for the top flat cable.
18. Tighten the two screws on the flat cable throughput. This will ensure strain relief and a
tight seal.
19. Tighten the TORX TX 15 screws on the cover. Torque: 1.2 Nm.
