Charging the Phone

Your phones battery should have enough power for the phone to turn on, find a signal, and
make a few calls. However, we strongly advise you to fully charge the phone as soon as
possible.
Warning:

Use ZTE-approved chargers and USB cables only. The use of unapproved
accessories could damage your phone or cause the battery to explode.

Do not remove the back cover. The battery is not removable. Removal may cause
fire or explosion.
To charge the phone, connect the adapter to the charging port using a USB cable. Then
plug the adapter into a standard AC power outlet. If the phone is on, you can see charging
icon appear on the status bar. Once the phone is fully charged, disconnect the charger
both from the phone and from the power outlet.
Note: If your phone has completely shut down after depletion of the battery power, it may
take a while for it to turn on even after connected to the charger – this is normal, please
wait for at least 20 minutes to turn your phone back on. If even after that you struggle
with turning on the phone, please contact the Alza customer service.

Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button to turn on the phone. To power off the phone, press and
hold the Power button until the options menu appears, and then slide the shutdown icon to
confirm the shutdown.
Note: If the screen freezes or takes too long to respond, try pressing and holding the
power button for more than 10 seconds to force restart the phone.
