5.1.8. Conclusion – Discussion
Microsclerosis is currently the reference treatment for varicosities, but it does seem likely that
phlebologists and other practitioners interested in this type of aesthetic damage will soon give
preference to thermocoagulation.
Thermocoagulation, without the least danger, treats the same symptoms as microsclerosis or
laser therapy, but with superior results.
This therapy has been in use for 8 years. We have observed no recidivism in the patients
monitored. It is very difficult to find parallel studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of
microsclerosis.
Secondary effects are virtually non-existent if we follow the seven golden rules.
Failures are rare.

Treatment of Hemangioma

1. Place the needles at the outside
of the hemangioma.
2. Start the treatment like spider
vein treatment from the outside
to the inside.
3. Use K6i needle.
