GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
The self seeking circuit is a screen indication circuit, which
indicates the tuned
band
and channel
by means of bars
appearing
on
the screen. The self seeking circuit consists
of
1C101~ 10104,
IC181,
Q101~ 0106.
The
ICs are
CMOS
(Complementary
MOS). The CMOS
IC features low
power consumption, wide operation voltage range (3 ~16V)
and high input impedance, etc., and these features are fully
exploited in the self seeking circuit.
An
IC, which incorporates four 2-input NOR
gates is used
for 1C€101,
[C102
and
1C181, and one which incorporates
four 2-input NAND gates is used for [C103 and IC 104.
Input/output
characteristics of the NOR
gate and NAND
gate are shown in Table 1.

hold
voltage
(approx.
1/2+30%
of supply
voltage), and
"L'' a lower voltage.
