ASSEMBLY
Due to the possible risk of pinching or entrapment while assembling the scooter, adults must
assist children in the initial assembly & adjustment procedure. keep fingers away from moving
parts and all locking mechanisms during assembly as to not risk pinching or entrapping parts

causing injury. make sure all components are assembled and secured sturdily.

1. Assemble the handle bar. Insert the handle bar into the fork tube (Figure 1a) and tighten the
top bolt (Figure 1b). Thereafter tighten the screws to the handle bar tube (Figure 1c).
2. Assemble the front wheel. Remove the outer nuts and locking washers on each side of the
wheel. Put the wheel on and place the locking washers with the hook into the hole in the
frame (Figure 2). Tighten the wheel nuts firmly.
3. Adjust the brakes if necessary. (Figure 3)
MAINTENANCE
Prior to each use it is important to check that all screws are tightened. Check that the wheels
roll properly and that the bearings are in good condition. If the bearings or other parts are
worn out, replace them with new ones before you use the scooter. To ensure the safety of
the product, only use STIGA original spare parts.
• Please rotate the wheels to see whether they are workable. If necessary, do some
adjustments.
• The tire may become worn out after regular use and can be changed easily.
• Remove the axle bolts. Remove the worn out tire and replace with a new. Inflate the tire to
the pressure that is recommended on the tire. Acquire spare parts from your dealer of this
scooter.
• Self-locking nuts and other self-locking fixings may lose their effectiveness over time.
If any of these components are no longer functioning how they should it is strongly
recommended that you discontinue use of the product and seek replacement parts from
the dealer of this product.
• Store the product indoors or under a roof.
