PREPARATION AND SELECTION OF THE SUCTION CUP
Treatment with this appliance will help to improve the appearance and the tone
of the skin. The treatment is more effective in conjunction with cosmetic products
for body care and ether oils. For cleaning the skin, the appliance should be used in
conjunction with a cleansing crème or lotion.
•
Remove make-up before the treatment, or take a shower.
•
Take the treatment in a relaxed environment at a pleasant temperature.
•
For better effectiveness, use creams, gels or lotions.
•
Select one of the three suction cups, depending on which part of the body
you wish to treat. The small suction cup (L) is specially envisaged for the face;
the medium suction cup (K) for treating the body surface and the big suction
cup (J) for massaging the stomach, back and chest.

USE
USE
FACE
Select PROGRAM M. At least for the initial treatments, use ONLY PROGRAM M.
You can continue with PROGRAM 1 once it is ensured that your personal capacity
and the way your body reacts to the treatment allow this. Use cosmetics with an oil
base (such as baby oil), so that the suction cup glides more easily over the area to
be treated.
ALWAYS start with the power lever at the minimum. You may only increase the
output level after you have attained the necessary experience with the appliance.
Face, front:
Preferably use the smallest suction
cup for the face. Always pull it in one
direction during the treatment (as
shown in the figures).Start in the mid-
dle of the face and pull the
suction cup uniformly to the outside.
The sides of the face:
On the temples, the cheeks
and the neck, move the suc-
tion cup from the top to the
bottom.
