When it concerns service, returns and complaints.
Please write an R/A number on each consignment sent to Tele Radio AB. (Call Tele
Radio AB to obtain an R/A number). Products that have an R/A number are given
priority over those that do not have a R/A number.
Service
If the product fails under the warranty period
Tele Radio AB offers full service of the product.
The product should be sent to Tele Radio AB (to the stated address).
1. Call Tele Radio AB to obtain an R/A number.
The serviced equipment is returned to you within 2-3 working days if the
consignment has a R/A number.
Support
Service is designed so you receive the result you need in a
quick and professional manner.
When you contact Tele Radio's Support you should have the following
noted: System, model and a description of the problem.
