Trouble shooting chart
If the equipment does not work as it should please check the
following points:
A The receiver does not work when you send.
1. The receiver is connected incorrectly. Check the connection of the
receiver.
2. Incorrect operating voltage to the receiver. Check the supply voltage.
B The receiver's green LED comes on when you send, but the
relays are not activated.
I. The code in the transmitter and the receiver do not correspond,
i.e. are not identical. Check the coding.
B The receiver's green LED does not come on when you send.
1. The battery in the transmitter is spent. Replace the battery.
2. The transmitter is defective. Contact your dealer.
D The receiver's green LED comes on when you are not sending.
I. Another controller is sending nearby on a similar frequency.
Contact your dealer.
E The transmitter's LED does not come on when you send.
I. The battery is spent. Replace or charge the battery.
2. The transmitter is defective. Contact the Tele Radio support department.
F The range is too short.
1. Faulty battery, replace.
2. The antenna cables are damaged or installed incorrectly.
Check the antenna connection.
