MAINTENANCE INTERVALS
CAUTION!
Please observe the following maintenance intervals to ensure a continuous trouble-free
and reliable functioning of the machine. Non-observance can invalidate liability and any
warranty claims.
The specified maintenance intervals are valid for normal operating conditions.

For intensive use, reduce the maintenance intervals.

Immediately rectify any malfunctions and failures detected, see

We recommend to document all maintenance work.
DURING EACH OPERATION

Check for damage, leakages, unusual operating noises, etc.
Æ
Remove dust and dirt at regular intervals; dispose of scraps in an environmentally friendly manner.
WEEKLY
Clean tools and all externally accessible machine parts thoroughly, see

Lubricate the hydraulic cylinder and the punching tools, see

Lubricate mobile machine parts if necessary.

Check the quality and quantity of the hydraulic oil, see,
Check the machine for proper condition:

When idling, listen for unusual noises from the pump, motor, clutch, suspension.

Check all components and joints of the hydraulic system for leakages.

Check electrical connections and control elements for damages and proper functioning. This also
