3.4.2 Locking Brakes
DANGER!
Risk of crushing due to unintended movement

Lock the castor brakes after each movement.
The machine is equipped with locking castors to prevent unintentional
movements. These must be released / locked before and after each movement.
Castor locking (A): Actuate the wide brake lever with your foot until it
engages.
Castor release (B): Actuate the narrow brake lever until the wide lever
returns to its original position.
3.4.3 Emergency Stop Button

Press the emergency stop button on the control panel.
The red knob engages and the main switch disconnects the machine
from the power supply.

Before restarting:

Remedy the malfunction or have it remedied by qualified
personnel.
ɚ
Release the emergency stop button by turning the red knob
clockwise.
Æ
Start the machine:
ɚ
Press down the black main switch on the control box.
ɚ
Press the green ON button i on the control panel.
3.4.4 Hold-Down Position Control
The punch cannot be moved unless the down-holder is completely folded
down. This is the only way to minimize the risk of injury in the working area
of the punch.
A roller switch monitors the position of the down-holder at its suspension:
The down-holder must be in the "fold-down" position to engage in the
suspension groove and to release the punch.
