Connect the Middle Pole (X) & Bottom Pole
(Y) as shown, Fix them by Bolt Set (D1), (D2)
& (D3).
Insert the Wheel Shaft (M) into Wheel (G), Base (S) and end of Bottom
Pole (Y) as shown.
