The advice function is not applicable to fixed inductors. If an
advice is nevertheless displayed, it can be ignored. Deactivate
the advice function when working with fixed inductors.
7.6 Explanation of system settings - screen 5/5
The settings that can be made on page 5/5 of the system settings
relate to the optional network function of the generator. This
network function can be used to couple several heaters and
enable them to heat a workpiece together. If the option is not
enabled under the "Admin settings", no settings can be made
here under "Network ID". If the option is enabled, a number can
be entered by touching the box under "Network ID". A numerical
keypad is displayed with which a number can be entered.

8. Admin settings
8.1 Admin settings
Pressing "Settings" displays the following screen:
A button "ADMIN" is displayed in this screen.
Settings are made by the manufacturer in the Admin settings.
These settings are significant for the type of generator and
are therefore not accessible at user level. These settings are
protected by a password.
Pressing "ADMIN" displays a screen in which a password
has to be entered.
8.2 Restricted User Settings
Restricted user settings is an option on the MF-GENERATORS-3.0.
This option ensures that not everyone can change settings as
temperature, power and heating modes. If this option is present,
you have the option to protect all settings with a password. The
settings can then only be made by authorized persons who have
the 4-digit password. After settings are made, the screens must
be locked again. Unauthorized persons then only have limited
access to the screens and cannot adjust any settings. They only
can start and stop, view additional info, and if set, the heating
cycle can be logged.
If a generator is provided with the option "limited user settings"
then this is visible through the "unlock" button in the set up
screen. Furthermore, functionality that is not available is less
clear (blurred) displayed.
An authorized person can change settings by pressing unlock.
In the screen that follows, a password followed by "ok"
must be entered. The password is provided separately by the
manufacturer and must be kept carefully. Without this password,
the generator is no longer accessible to adjust settings.
