Attaching rack ears
Rack ears (sold separately) must first be attached before mounting this unit in a rack.
Refer to the illustrations below when attaching them.
ATTENTION
In addition to removing the rubber feet from the unit, be sure to leave at least 1U space open between this and other devices
above and below.
Using an AK-RM05 (sold separately)
When mounting two units, attach a bottom plate to connect
them.
Using an AK-RS1 (sold separately)
NOTE
The attachment holes in rackmount ears are elongated,
allowing adjustment so that the unit does not stick out of the
rack when attached.
