4. Permission settings
A Java application downloaded from the Internet
has a set of default permissions that the user can
modify. Such modifications performed on one
application are not reflected on the other ones.
Please note that the availability of these
permission settings may depend on the type and
authentication of the application. In case of a
preinstalled application, Permission settings can
not be changed, all permissions are granted
without any prompt. In case of signed
applications, the permissions settings are pre-
defined and can not be changed. For each option
below, you can change the permission settings.

This menu is used to select the behaviour of the
application when it tries to connect to the
Internet.

If this option is selected, the application will prompt
the user each time the application tries to access the
Internet.

When the application attempts to make a network
