Safety notes
Prevent danger resulting from damaged voltage
supply cables.
If damaged, the voltage supply cable must be replaced
by the manufacturer or his customer service
department or an equally qualified person.
• Installation is only possible in frost-free rooms.
• The switched-mode power supply is only suitable for
indoor use.
• The 230 V connecting wire must not be fed into the cistern
and the switched-mode power supply must not be installed
in the cistern.
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.
• Use only genuine replacement parts and accessories.
The use of other parts will result in voiding of the warranty
and the CE identification, and could lead to injuries.

The current version of the app required for using the system
must be installed on the control unit in advance.
The required App is available for free in the iTunes Store
(requires an Apple account) and the Google Play store
(requires a Google account), see fold-out page I.
For operation under adverse environments, in buildings /
rooms with reinforced concrete walls, steel and iron frame, or
near of obstructions (eg furniture) of metal, the Bluetooth
reception can be disturbed and interrupted.

The Bluetooth® adaptor operates in a frequency band of
2.4GHz. The installation near devices with the same frequency
band (eg wireless devices, DECT phones, etc. (observe
manufacturer documentation)) should be avoided.

The test for electromagnetic compatibility (interference
emission test) was performed at the rated voltage and rated
current.
Electrical installation
Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations to IEC 60364-7-701 (corresponding to
VDE 0100 Part 701) as well as all national and local
regulations.
Only water-resistant round cables with max. outside
diameter of 6.0 to 8.5 mm may be used.
Installation
Make sure that the servo motor and electronic module
from the same packaged unit are installed (calibrated
at the factory).
A vacant tube is required for the line between switched-
mode power supply and electronics, see fold-out page I.
Plaster and tile the wall, excluding the area of the
structural shell protection.

Activating setting mode
Disconnect the power supply to the electronics and reconnect
after 10 s.
The indicator lamp in the sensor system illuminates in setting
mode when the detection zone of the fitting is reached by an
approaching user.
Setting mode is automatically terminated after 3 minutes.
