Control Panel Button Operation
a) Seal time button: Press the seal time button (b) to select one of the 3 sealing options:
1.- DRY: Bags containing dry food that require a short sealing time. (Factory default)
2.- MOIST: Bags containing moist food, half sealing time.
3.- EXTENDED: Bags containing very moist food, long sealing time.
b) Vacuum pressure button: Press the vacuum pressure button (b) to choose between the
different pressure levels:
1.- NORMAL: For delicate foods. (Factory default)
2.- GENTLE: Lower pressure for delicate foods that may be crushed during the vacuum
process.
c) Display: Displays the appliance status for each cycle.
d) Vacuum / Seal or Cancel button: This button has two functions
1.- With the machine stopped, press this button to start the automatic vacuum sealing
cycle.
2.- With the machine running, press this button to stop the cycle.
e) Seal Button: Press this button to manually seal a bag.
f) Marinate button: Press this button to perform vacuum marination.
g) Canister button: Press this button to vacuum seal a canister.
h) Vacuum button: Press this button to perform manual vacuum sealing.
How to make a bag from a roll
1.- Place the roll compatible with the vacuum sealer in the roll holder (12).
The roll should be embossed and maximum 30 cm wide (PHOTO 1).
2.- Slide the end of the roll outwards until reaching the desired length. Put the roll on the cutting
support (10) and slide the blade (9) through the holder to cut the bag (PHOTOS 2 and 3).
3.- Place one end of the cut roll on the sealing bar (7). It is recommended to leave one centimetre
of clearance free at the beginning of the bag and sealing bar (PHOTO 4).
4.- Press the seal mode button to select among the 3 sealing options.
5.- Close the lid and press the handle (3) until it is completely locked (PHOTO 5).
6.- Press the seal button. When the process is nearly complete, the display will count down from
9 to 0. Keep in mind that to start a new sealing cycle, you must wait at least 15 seconds
(PHOTO 6).

It is recommended to wait 1 minute between consecutive sealing cycles.
7.- When the sealing cycle has finished, lift the lid handle and remove the sealed bag
(PHOTO 7).
