PROblEm
1. When the product is plugged
in, the digital display indicator
do not light.
2. After pushing the ON/OFF
button on the control unit,
the control unit fails to set
at the default temperature
level, and the product does
not warm up.
3. The product does not
warm up.
4. The product warms up
insufficiently.
5. After a period of proper
functioning, the digital display
indicator go off, only digital
dot remains lit on the digital
display indicator, and the
product stops warming.
6. The control unit appears
to malfunction: the
digital diplay indicator flash
continuously or shows
strange symbols.

TROUblEShOOTING TAblE
Check whether your mains socket has power; check whether
the product is plugged in correctly. Unplug the product and
wait a few seconds, then plug it in again. Push the ON/OFF
button on the control unit.
The control unit may have found an error at the start and
blocks the product operation for safety. Check if the digital
display indicator has any special flashing.
Unplug the product from the mains, wait a few seconds and
plug it in again. If the problem persists, take the product to an
authorized service centre.
Make sure the product is powered, by checking whether the
digital display indicator on the control unit is lit. Make sure the
product is operating, by checking whether the digital display
indicator on the control unit is set at any temperature level.
Remember that the safety AUTO-OFF function may have
switched the product off if the safety time period is over. If
that's the case, push the ON/OFF button to switch the product
on. In case of any doubt, reset the product by unplugging
it from the mains and plugging it in after a few seconds.
Remember that quick checks carried out with the product
uncovered are not reliable. Try to cover the product with a
blanket or a towel and wait at least 30 minutes. If you still do
not perceive heat, take the product to an authorized service
centre.
If, with the control unit set at the maximum level, you still
perceive that the heat emitted by the product is insufficient, try
the following: for heating pads, remove the cloth cover from
the pad and the clothes from the part of the body to which the
pad is intended to be applied and then apply the pad directly on
the skin, covering its other side with a towel. This will increase
heat transmission, as well as avoid the dissipation of some of
the heat.
In the case of heating underblankets, cover it with a blanket.
In order to ensure safety in use, all our products are provided
with a safety AUTO-OFF option which switches the product off
after a certain number of hours of continuous operation. See
SAFETY ELEMENTS paragraph for details.
If you want to turn on the product, just push the ON/OFF
button on the controller.
The control unit may have found a problem and blocks the

seconds and plug it in again. If the problem persists, take the
product to an authorized service centre.
