TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible cause
No power connection
Motor overheat protector was
tripped
The machine is not on a level
surface
The blender jug has not been
placed on the base completely
Container is too full
Water or liquid is too high
The lid is not fitted properly
Solution
Plug in correct power outlet
Allow motor to cool down with power off
in cool spot
Place the machine on a level surface
Make sure the blender jug is placed
securely
Decrease the ingredients
Decrease the water or liquid
Place the lid tightly on the blender jug
