"HR3" program, maximum speed 10.0 km/h, age 30/deault heart rate 170
When using the MODE button to enter the age setting, the speed window will display 30, and the user can use the slope

button to change the age as you want, setting the age from 15-80 (see the heart rate details below).
After you set the age, use the MODE button, the system will recommend a heart rate target and display in the window.

But just for reference, can use the heart rate set according to their body situation to increase the heart rate or reduce

minutes.

Start the HRC program. The first minute is the warm-up time, the system does not adjust the speed or incline. After 1

minute, the system will adjust the speed by 0.5 km/h each time to reach your set target. If you increase the speed to the
maximum speed and still have not reached your heart rate goal, the system will increase the incline level to increase
your workout. If the heart rate is higher than the set target, then the system will reduce the incline step by 1 step/10
seconds to 0. If your heart rate is still higher than the target, then we will reduce 0.5km/h every 10 seconds.
Note: For HRC programs, the wireless chest strap must be used.
Body fat calculation" function
1. Use the "PROGRAM" key to select FAT (appears after HRC)
2. You will see F1 and 1 in the display. Select 1 for male and 2 for female by pressing the SPEED +/- keys. 1 is the default
setting.
3. By pressing the MODE key, F2 and 25 appear in the display. Here you enter the age by pressing the SPEED +/- key (from
10 - 99 years).
4. By pressing the MODE key, F3 and 170 appear in the display. Here you enter your size in cm by pressing the SPEED +/-
key (from 100-199 cm).
5. By pressing the MODE key, F4 and 70 appear in the display. Here you enter your weight in kg by pressing the SPEED +/-
key (from 20-150 kg).
6. By pressing the MODE key, F5 and 05 appear in the display.
Here you determine your value for body fat (BMI, Body Mass Index). Measure your body fat by gripping the hand pulse
sensors with both hands for approx. 8 seconds. During the measurement, "- -- ---" flashes in the display.
As a guideline: body fat under 18 is thin, 19 - 23 normal, 24 - 28 overweight.
Function of the "security key
By pulling the safety key, the treadmill will stop running. SAFE appears on the display and a warning signal sounds. When you
put the safety key back, this display is reset. Always wear the safety key attached to the garment during exercise. If you trip
or have any other accident while running, it is to ensure that the treadmill stops and you cannot be injured.
