Qu: What do the numbers at the top of all displays indicate?
An: It is a unique number for each display which makes it easy to navigate through the displays. The first number

relates to the main menu (1 = Status, 2 = Operation, 3 = Alarm, 4 = Settings). The second number relates to
submenus.
Qu: Is it possible to run the configuration wizard again?

An: Yes, in display 4.6 General settings, CU 362. Click [ok] in the line "Run configuration wizard again".
Qu: Is it possible to use float switches together with an analog sensor?

An: Yes, as high-level and/or dry-running float switch. The primary level control must still be selected as pressure
sensor or ultrasonic sensor.
Qu: What is an IO 113 module?
An: The IO 113 module is a sensor module. The sensors connected to the IO 113 are pump-related sensors. Typically

used for large pumps like for instance Grundfos SE, SL and SEP. A (WIO Sensor) water-in-oil-sensor is typically
connected to the IO 113 module.
Qu: Is it possible to see where each individual input or output is to be connected?

An: Yes, in display 1.6 Electrical overview. The status of each input/output is displayed.
Qu: How do I check if there are any alarms in the system?

An: If an alarm or warning is active, the cause can be displayed by pressing [ok] at "Current alarms" in display
1. Status.
Qu: Why don't I get a high-level alarm when high level is reached?

An: When the alarm levels have been set, the level alarms must be enabled. If you want to use the alarm functions,
enable the level alarms in display 4.5.1 System alarms.
Qu: How do I enable flow calculation from an analog level sensor?
An: Enable flow calculation and setup of upper and lower measurement levels in display 4.1.2 Pit configuration and

flow calculation. The volume between the upper and lower measurement levels must be calculated manually.
Enter the value in the line "Volume (upper ↔ lower)".
Qu: How do I ensure that only one pump is started at a time?

An: Set the maximum number of started pumps to 1 in display 4.2.7 Duty/standby.
Qu: Is it possible to make a configuration file for the CU 362 in the PC Tool WW Controls off line?

An: Yes, drag a template to the working folder, and edit the configuration in relation to your application setup.
Qu: Is it possible to try the configuration off line?
An: Yes, by using the Dedicated Controls simulator (not supplied with Dedicated Controls) and the PC Tool WW

Start the Dedicated Controls simulator, and start the PC Tool WW Controls.
When connecting to the simulator, choose "Ethernet connection", enter "localhost:4009", and click [Connect].
Qu: How do I clone a configuration?
An: In the PC Tool WW Controls, select the configuration file from the working folder that you want to clone into another
Dedicated Controls application.

Edit specific pumping station data, i.e. installation name, etc.
Go to "Save settings", and mark "Save in controller".
In the drop-down menu to the right, choose "Clone settings", and click [Save].
Qu: How do I set up the GENIbus address for the IO 113 module?

An: The GENIbus address is set by means of DIP switches. See the installation and operating instructions for the
IO 113.
