VLC Netzwerkcache Configuration
Call up menu „Tools - Preferences
"
Then select "All" settings in the lower left corner of the next window to get to the advanced settings.
Then select the block "Input / Codecs" in the window on the left.
Then scroll down to the "Advanced" block in the right-hand field and reduce the setting "Network
Cache (ms)" to 100 ms.
Finally save the settings and restart the VLC Player
