Das Set der Marke HMS ist für die Durchführung der fortgeschrittenen Übungen von sowohl oberen als
auch unteren Muskelpartien bestimmt. Bei Übungen mit der Pilates-Stange werden die körperliche
Mobilität, das Bewegungsausmaß der Gelenke und die Bewegungskoordination verbessert.
