Intended use

Intended use
The drinking fountain (= Neptun fountain) is designed exclusively for the purpose
described in this operating manual. The drinking fountain is intended for cats and small
dogs.
The fountain is designed for use in private environments and in dry indoor areas.
The fountain is unsuitable for commercial use, e.g. in animal shelters.

... is not suitable as a drinking water dispenser for human use.
... is not suitable for outdoor use. This is not a bird bath!
... may only be filled and operated with fresh, clean drinking water.

Safety

‚ The Neptun drinking fountain, can only be used by children
8 years and over, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, under
the condition, that they are supervised and instructed, on the
safe use of the product and are aware of the resulting hazard.
‚ Children must not play with the product.
‚ The Neptun fountain and mains adaptor must be kept away
from children younger than 8 years.
‚ Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by
children, unless they are 8 years of age or older and are being
supervised.
‚ Keep wrapping and packaging material away from children.
There is a choking hazard. The product also includes small parts
that can be swallowed. Also pay attention that children do not
pull the packaging material over their heads.
‚ Only use the supplied mains adaptor and replace it only with
one of the same type. The mains adaptor may only be used in
dry indoor spaces and must be protected from moisture.
