Messkopf / Measuring unit

Shunt: Direkt durch Verschraubung kontaktiert.
Aus Störgründen ist es NICHT empfehlenswert
den Shunt indirekt über Anschlussdrähte zu
kontaktieren!
U1: Über äussere Klemme des grauen
Anschlusses zum Pluspol der Traktions-Batterie.
Ist gleichzeitig Speisung des Messkopfes und
Basis für die Berechnung der Wh.
U2: Über die innere Klemme des grauen
Anschlusses. Zur Kontrolle entweder auf die
ganze oder halbe Batteriespannung.
Temp. 1 und Temp. 2:
Wird über beiden Klammern T1 beziehungsweise
T2 des orangen Anschlusses angeschlossen und
dient der Überwachung der Batterietemperaturen.
Jumper auf dem Messkopf:
Die korrekte Stellung der beiden Jumper ist in der
Abbildung eingezeichnet. Falsches Einsetzen
kann zum Defekt führen.

Shunt: Contact is made with mounting screws.
As a reason of noise immunity, it is strongly
recommended to mount the measuring head
directly on the shunt. Do NOT use wires between
measuring head and shunt!
U1: Over the outer terminal of the gray connector
to the plus of the traction battery.
This is also the supply for the measuring unit and
the base for the calculation of the Wh.
U2: Over the inner terminal of the gray connector.
This is for a check of the full or the half battery
voltage.
Temp. 1 and Temp. 2:
Can be connected to T1, respectively to T2 of the
terminals of the orange connector and is designed
for a check of the battery temperatures.
Jumpers on the measuring unit:
Both jumpers on the PCB has to be positioned as
shown in the figure. Other positions could damage
the unit.
