Installation Instructions:
1.
Detach rear bumper from vehicle and remove bumper support. The lower adge of the bumper is
to be cut exactly in the centre at a width of 150mm and approx. 70mm from the corner. The
corners should be cut out with a small radius (approx. 5mm).
2.
Screw bumper at "a" securely to KmH 1 using the bumper bolts provided.
3.
Insert KmH with the mounted bumper into the opening of the rear closing panel, so that the
holes "b" align with the fixing points on the vehicle.
Insert hexagon bolts M12x1,5x40
4.
Tightening all bolts..
Tightening torques:
M8
=
20Nm
M12 =
65Nm
The falling nuts and bolts are used M8 bolts of strength class 8.8 with nuts of strength class 8, and
M12 bolts of strength class 8.8 with nuts strength class 8.
