Universal setting tool
• Never connect more than one motor to the universal setting tool.
• Switch off the power supply before carrying out any operation.
• Always disconnect the setting tool when the settings have been completed.
• Before use, ensure that the setting tool is not damaged.
• Contact Somfy if in doubt over the compatibility of the motor and the universal setting tool.

Installation
RTS radio motor
[1]. Switch off the power supply.
[2]. Connect the universal setting tool to the
motor as shown in the wiring diagram:

Yellow/Green

Brown
[3]. Switch the power back on.
[4]. Connect the universal setting tool:
the LED 1 comes on.
[5]. Set push-button 4 to the RTS position:
LED 3 comes on.
[6]. Use an RTS remote control and the
installation instructions for the motor to set
the upper and lower ends of travel.
[7]. Disconnect the universal setting tool once
the settings have been completed.
[8]. Disconnect the universal setting tool from
the motor.
