ment part for TEUFELBERGER's CElanyard system.
Therefore, never use it alone, without CElanyard's
other components. After all, as a single component,
i.e., without the other components of CElanyard,
it has NOT been type-examined and DOES NOT
comply with the EN 358 and EN 795B standards.
This replacement part may only be exchanged
by a competent person or under the supervisi-
on of such competent person. Please be sure to
observe the present instructions for use!
You can also have TEUFELBERGER carry out the
replacement of this component for a fee. To do so,
please send the product to the above-mentioned
address! If you are not sure as to whether you
have the necessary knowledge, skills, and
experience, it is absolutely necessary that you
consult a competent person or TEUFELBER-
GER.
TEUFELBERGER is not responsible for any direct,
indirect or incidental consequences/damage that
occur(s) during or after the use of this product and
that result(s) from improper use, especially from
incorrect assembly.
For a replacement, only use the replacement
part approved by the manufacturer and supplied
together with this Manufacturer's Information
document. Never use it for any purpose other than
the one described below. Before proceeding to use
your CElanyard again, be sure to verify that the re-
placement part has been exchanged correctly. If you
do not have the necessary experience, skills, and
knowledge for this task, please consult a competent
person or the manufacturer.
When using this product, be sure to observe the
Manufacturer's Information for CElanyard. All pieces
of information provided with regard to transport,
storage, cleaning, and service life also apply to
CElanyards whose Sirius 11mm with stitched termi-
nations has been replaced.

one of the components of the CElanyard system

assess the condition, please observe CElanyard's
Manufacturer's Information or contact a competent
person.
The person responsible for the replacement makes
an entry about the replacement of the Sirius 11mm
with stitched terminations on the inspection record
sheet appended to CElanyard and confirms this
entry by adding the date and his/her signature.
ASSEMBLY
Before following the subsequent assembly
instructions, please think twice about whether
you are really sure that you have the necessary
knowledge, skills, and experience. If you don't,
be sure to consult a competent person or the ma-
nufacturer of the PPE.
Attention!
The CElanyard system includes the following textile
components:
the present Sirius 11mm with stitched terminations,
the OD loop 7mm T (item. no. 7350606), and the
OP 8mm e2e P (item. no. 7350802)
Before replacing the Sirius 11mm with stitched
terminations on your CElanyard, be sure to check
whether the other components are fit for reuse. For
the textile components OD Loop 7mm T and OP
8mm e2e P, be sure to keep in mind that the longest
possible service life is 2 years (OD Loop 7mm T)
and 3 years (OP 8mm e2e P). To assess the condi-
tion, please observe the Manufacturer's Information
for CElanyard or contact a competent person.
We recommend that you use a new CElanyard, if it
were necessary to substitute several of the compo-
nents.

When slinging the cord around the rope, make
sure that the cord's legs do not cross each other.
The cord's legs must be placed in parallel to one
another.
