During a ramp test, the output voltage starts at 0 V and increases linearly (100 V/s) until it reaches the specified test voltage or until a sudden drop in measured resistance is detected.

This may include exposed bonded metalwork. • Remove all power from the circuit under test and discharge circuit capacitance before testing a circuit with the Tester.
