EXERCISE PLAN
We recommend the following exercises to learn the basic steps and jumps before moving on to
more complex ones. Before entering and using the trampoline, all safety instructions must first
be read and understood. In addition, the supervisor should discuss and demonstrat e body
mechanics and trampoline rules with the user.

Getting on and off- demonstrating the right technique

Basic jump- demonstration and practice
C.
Braking (controlling the jump) - demonstration and practice. Learn t o brake on command
D.
Hands and knees - demonstration and practice. Practice a four-point landing and
appropriate orientation
Exercise 2

Repeat and practice the t echniques from exercise 1
B.
Knee jump - demonstration and practice. Learn the basic jump down to your knees and
back up before trying half turns left and right
C.
Sit jump - demonstration and practice. Learn basic sit jump and add knee jump, hands
and knees, repeat
Exercise 3
A.
Repeat and practice skills and techniques from previous exercises.

Dropping on the stomach - to avoid burns when learning this jump, all users must lie on
their stomach (face down) while the supervisor checks their position in order to correct
positions that could result in injury.
C.
Start by dropping on your hands and knees, and then stretch your body to reach your
prone position. Land on the jumping mat and spring back on y our feet.
D.
Combination exercise - dropping on hands and knees, on the stomach, back on the feet,
sit jump, back on the feet.

Half turn
I.
Start dropping on your stomach, push your arms left or right, and turn your head and
shoulders in the same direction.
II.
While turning, mak e sure that your back is parallel to the jumping mat and your head
stays up.
III.
After turning, land on y our stomach in the drop position.
