SEZIONE 3 - MESSA IN OPERA
DELLA MACCHINA
3.1 DISIMBALLO
La maccina è imballata in una robusta
scatola di cartone. Aprire detta scatola
di cartone nella parte superiore,
indicata dalla freccia, togliere il
materiale antiurto e sollevare la
macchina afferrandola con entrambe
le mani nella parte inferiore. Liberare
infine la macchina dal sacchetto di
nylon protettivo e procedere alla
pulizia preliminare della parte esterna
mediante un panno morbido ed
asciutto.
3.2 PIAZZAMENTO IN OPERA.

considerando sia il suo ingombro che
quello dei contenitori delle verdure da
lavorare, e già lavorate, lasciando
tutt'intorno lo spazio opportuno. Il
basamento deve appoggiare su una
superficie solida, uniforme e ben
livellata. La macchina non richiede
alcun fissaggio al piano di appoggio.
3.3 INSTALLAZIONE DELLE PARTI
SMONTATE.
Alcuni
elementi
della
risulteranno smontati dalla macchina,
per
esigenze
di
imballaggio
trasporto. La loro installazione ed il
collaudo funzionale è già stato
effettuato in fabbrica.
Per
l'installazione,
seguire
procedura descritta.
- Afferrare e sollevare la leva del
premitore C Fig. 2.
- Ruotare di mezzo giro il pomello A
Fig. 2 sino a percepire uno scatto di
sgancio e la parziale fuoriuscita del
pomello stesso.
- Con entrambe le mani afferrare e
sollevare il coperchio F Fig. 2.
- Sul mozzo ruotante, installare per
primo un disco espulsore (alto o basso
secondo necessità - vedi Tabella 2),

trascinamento presenti sul mozzo, si
inseriscano nei fori esistenti sul disco.

affinché i dischi possano operare in
posizione corretta.
Dovendo effettuare lavorazioni che
richiedono l'utilizzo di un solo disco,
installare un solo disco rotante al di
sopra del disco espulsore.
Dovendo effettuare lavorazioni che
richiedono l'utilizzo contemporaneo di
due dischi, installare in sequenza i
seguenti elementi: (vedi Tabella 1)
1° - Disco espulsore (Alto o Basso)
2° - Griglia fissa
3° - Disco rotante
SECTION 3. PREPARING THE
MACHINE FOR OPERATION
3.1
UNPACKING THE MACHINE
The machine is packed in a strong
carton box. Open this box from the
upper side, as indicated by the arrow,
remove the anti-impact materials and
raise the machine, holding it with both
hands at the bottom. Free the machine
from the protective nylon wrapping
and perform preliminary cleaning of
the external surface of the machine,
using a soft dry cloth.
3.2
S E T T I N G
OPERATION
Transfer the machine to the place

where it is required for operation,
previsto,
bearing in mind its size and the
dimensions of the containers for the
products to be processed and for
finished products, leaving a sufficient
space all around the machine for
movement.
The base must rest on a solid, uniform
and properly levelled surface. The
machine requires no anchoring to the
supporting surface.
3.3
INSTALLING
PARTS

transportation, certain components of
the machine are supplied dismantled.
However, tests are carried out at the
factory before shipment to verify that

they function correctly when installed.
To install these components, proceed
as follows:
- Take hold of the presser lever and
pull upwards (C fig.2)
- Rotate the knob (A fig.2) by a half-
turn until a click is heard and the
released knob itself partially moves
out.
- With both hands take hold of and
raise the cover (F fig.2)
- On the rotating hub, install first of all
an expulsion disk (high-ridge or low-

ridge according to requirements refer
to table 2), making sure that the drive
pins on the hub are properly inserted
in the holes in the disk.

NOTE: The expulsion disk MUST
installato,
ALWAYS BE INSTALLED so that
the disks can operate in the correct
position.
If you have to carry out operations that
require only one disk, insert only one
rotating disk above the expulsion disk.
If you have to carry out operations that
require the simultaneous use of two
disks (Table 1), insert the following
devices in the order given below:
1° - Expulsion disk (high-ridge or low-
ridge)
2° - Fixed grid
3° - Rotating disk

aufstellen, und dabei den Platzbedarf
der Maschine selbst sowie der

berücksichtigen, und ausreichend
Platz für den Bedienungsmann lassen.
Die Maschine muß auf einem ebenen,
stabilen und gleichmäßigen Boden
aufgestellt und nivelliert werden. Eine
Befestigung am Boden ist nicht
erforderlich.
3.3
GELIEFERTEN TEILE

Einige Maschinenteile werden aus
v e r p a c k u n g s -
t r a n s p o r t t e c h n i s c h e n
ausgebaut geliefert. Die Installations-
und Funktionsprüfung dieser Teile
wurde bereits im Werk vorgeommen.
Diese Teile wie folgt montieren:
- Den Hebel des Stößels C, Abb.2,
anheben.
- Den Knauf A, Abb.2, um etwa 180°
drehen, bis er sich entsperrt und ein
wenig heraustritt.
- Den Deckel F, Abb.2, mit beiden
Händen anheben.
- Auf der drehenden Nabe zuerst eine

montieren, und sicherstellen, daß die

Zugstifte auf der Nabe in die Löcher
auf der Scheibe greifen.
HINWEIS:
MUSS IMMER MONTIERT WERDEN,
damit die Scheiben in
korrekter Position arbeiten können.
Für Bearbeitungen, die den Einsatz
einer einzigen Scheibe erfordern, über
der
Ausstoß schei be
rotierende Scheibe montieren.
Für Bearbeitungen, die den Einsatz
von zwei Scheiben erfordern, in der
a n g e f ü h r t e n
folgenden Elemente montieren (siehe
Tabelle 1):
1 - Ausstoßscheibe (oben bzw. unten)
2 - Fester Einsatz
3 - Rotierende Scheibe
