I N S T A L L A Z I O N E DELLA MACCHINA
2.1 CARATTERISTICHE DELLA
ZONA DI INSTALLAZIONE.
La macchina non richiede alcun
fissaggio al piano di appoggio nè al
suolo. Sistemare opportunamente la
macchina nel locale
considerando il suo ingombro e quello
dei prodotti da lavorare, lasciando
tutt'intorno lo spazio opportuno per
l'operatore ed il comodo passaggio
per una persona.
Tutti i piedini di appoggio posti sotto al
basamento devono appoggiare su una
superficie solida, uniforme e ben
livellata.
In prossimità della macchina, disporre
razionalmente una derivazione od una
cassetta terminale di distribuzione
dell'energia elettrica dotata di una
idonea presa, con un'interruttore/
limitatore di corrente e preferibilmente
d o t a t a d i u n p r o t e t t o r e
magnetotermico differenziale ad alta
sensibilità.
La zona di installazione
macchina dovrà risultare
illuminata per favorire le migliori
prestazioni dell'operatore, evitando sia
zone scure che di abbagliamento.
Occorre accertarsi che
elemento possa appoggiare alla
macchina e ne parzializzi od ostruisca
le feritoie di aereazione (G - Figura 2),
per prevenire il surriscaldamento, con
gravi danni e pericolo per l'operatore e
per l'integrità della macchina stessa.
Il particolare tipo di lavorazione che la
macchina deve compiere impone che
il livello di polverosità ambientale
sia particolarmente ridotto e non
superiore a 0,03 g/mc - 0012 oz/mc
La temperatura ambientale non dovrà
eccedere i seguenti valori limite per le
condizioni indicate:
Temperatura per il funzionamento
normale:
Minima 0 °C - Max. + 35 °C
" 32 °F " + 95 °F
Temperatura per il magazzinaggio:
Minima - 15 °C Max. + 65 °C
" - 6,8 °F " + 149 °F
Umidità relativa: Max. 80 % con
temperatura ambiente 20 °C (68 °F)
Umidità relativa: Max. 50 % con
temperatura da 20 °C a 60 °C (68 °F
a 140 °F)
Altitudine di installazione: Max.

Per l'installazione al disopra dei 1000
m occorre predisporre la macchina
con apparecchiature
speciali.
2.2 FABBISOGNO DI ENERGIA
ELETTRICA.
Disporre la cassetta terminale di
distribuzione dell'energia elettrica, in
prossimità della macchina, senza
dover fare ricorso a cavi di

Strombegrenzer und vorzugsweise
auch mit einem hochempfindlichen

Differentialschutz befinden.
Der Aufstellugsort muß gut beleuchtet
sein; die Beleuchtung muß den
g e s a m t e n A r b e i t s p l a t z
a u s l e u c h t e n u n d d a r f
Bedienungsmann nicht blenden.
S i c h e r s t e l l e n , d a ß
Belüftungsschlitze vollkommen frei
liegen und nicht durch Fremdkörper
verdeckt sind, da eine Überhitzung der
Maschine schwere Personen- und
Sachschäden zur Folge haben kann.
Der Verwendungszweck der Maschine
verlangt die Aufstellung an einem
staubfreien Arbeitsplatz, an dem der
Grenzwert von maximal 0,03 g Staub
pro Kubikmeter Luft - 0012 oz/m3
nicht überschritten wird.
Des weiteren sind die folgenden
Grenzwerte zu beachten:

2.2 STROMBEDARF
Der Stromanschlußkasten muß sich in
der Nähe der Maschine befinden,
sodaß keine Verlängerungskabel
erforderlich sind, deren Benutzung
strengstens untersagt ist.
Der Ausgang des Speisekabels
befindet sich auf der Rückseite der
Maschine und hat einen für die
installierte Leistung geeigneten
Durchmesser.
