5. Safety instructions

In case of damage incurred by disregarding this instruction manual, the
warranty claim is void. Liability for any and all consequential damage is
excluded!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal injury,
caused by improper use or the failure to observe the safety instructions.
The warranty is voided in these cases.
Dear Customer, the following safety instructions are intended not only for the protection of your
health but also for the protection of the device. Please read the following points carefully:
a) General information
• The use of this product cannot replace the personal supervision of a child but only support
this.
• Any unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product are inadmissible for safety
and Q.C. reasons (CE).
• The product is approved for operation in dry, closed rooms only. The product must not get
damp or wet. Never touch the mains adapter with damp or wet hands.
Danger of life by an electric shock!
• The product is not a toy. Keep away from children.
Set up the transmitter and receiver in such a manner that they cannot be reached by children
(do not place the sender in or near the child's cot, observe a distance of at least 1 meter).
The same goes naturally also for he plug-in power unit.
• Sockets can be fascinating for children. They can poke objects through the socket openings
if they are not supervised for a moment. An electric shock can be fatal! Therefore secure all
sockets in your flat with a special children's protective cap to protect your children.
• Do not leave packaging material laying around carelessly. These may become dangerous
playing material for children.
• Handle the product carefully, it can be damaged by impacts, strikes or by falling from a low
height.
