8. Troubleshooting

No radio transmission
• Have you switched on receiver and transmitter? Check the mains adapter or any inserted
batteries.
• Is the same channel set on receiver and transmitter?
• The distance between sender and receiver is too large.
• Change the channels on the receiver and transmitter (set the same channel!).
• Align the transmitter to the sound source so that the operation LED (4) is directed towards
the sound source.
Foreign sounds can be heared, disturbing sounds
• Change the channels on the receiver and transmitter (set the same channel!).
• The distance between transmitter and receiver is too large.
• The batteries may be low, replace them with new ones or use the mains adapters supplied.
Acoustic feedback (e.g. shistling)
• The distance between transmitter and receiver is too small.
If you wish to use transmitter and receiver for test purposes, keep a distance of at least 2m
between the devices.
• Reduce the volume on the receiver.
