Window intercom is a device which enables communication between the operator and the customer at positions separated, for
example, by glass. No close contact between participants or use of hands is required. The device is ideal for use in shop, office,
bank or post office. It provides high quality voice calls and is very easy to use. The cashier's microphone has a flexible arm, which
makes it very easy to adjust it to individual preferences.
1. Place the indoor station in the working room and the outdoor station outside the working room in a place easily accessible to
customers. The outdoor station can be easily mounted on a glass pane, e.g. with a double-sided tape.
2. Connect the device to the power supply. On the front panel of the indoor station, set the switch to ON - the red LED (Power) will
light up to indicate that the device is ready for operation.
3. Communication between the indoor and outdoor stations is automatic.
4. Use two potentiometers INNER VOL and OUTER VOL to set the appropriate volume of voice (INNER VOL - for inner station,
OUTER VOL - for outdoor station).
5. The device has the ability to record calls. To record calls, connect the recorder to the REC socket on the back of the indoor
station.
Important: To maintain the quality of the conversation, keep the volume of the indoor and outdoor stations at a moderate
level.

1. No sound is heard from the indoor or outdoor station.
a. Check that the device is properly connected to the power supply.
b. Turn the device off and on again.
c. Check that the outdoor station is correctly connected to the indoor station.
2. You can hear the noises during the conversation.
a. Increase the distance between the indoor and outdoor stations.
b. Adjust the volume of the indoor and outdoor stations accordingly.
3. The voice from the indoor station (cashier) is poorly audible.
a. Adjust the volume accordingly using the INNER VOL potentiometer.
4. The voice from the outdoor station (customer) is poorly audible.
a. Adjust the volume accordingly using the OUTER VOL potentiometer.
5. Sounds coming from an indoor or outdoor station are incomprehensible, disturbed.
a. Reduce the distance between the speaker and the microphone.
b. Make sure that there are no screams or noises in the surroundings that could interfere with the communication.
6. The sound problem with the indoor and outdoor stations.
a. Use a flat screwdriver to adjust the potentiometers on the underside of the indoor station.
