• Always unplug the appliance after use
and then allow it to cool for at least 30
minutes before cleaning or storing.
• DO NOT overfill the unit with batter. The
batter rises during the cooking process.
• If there is too much batter or filling in the
unit, remove some as required.
• Clean the appliance after each use.
• To clean the inside of the appliance, use
a mild, non-abrasive soapy solution or
mild detergent, and wipe with a sponge
or soft cloth.
• This appliance is not suitable for
operation with external timers or remote
control systems.
• The appliance is intended exclusively for
domestic use, and only as specified in
these operating instructions.

POWER
If the circuit is overloaded by other
appliances, your new appliance may not
work properly. This appliance should be
operated on its own circuit.
SWITCHING OFF
To switch off the appliance, pull the plug
out of the socket.

NOTE: Unpack the entire contents of
the package. When unpacking, ensure
that you remove all parts. Remove the
clear or bluish protective film from the
components.

Front indicator lights (green/red)
The red indicator light comes on
immediately when you plug the appliance
into an outlet, and stays on as long as the
appliance is connected to the mains. The
green indicator light will light up once the
appliance has finished preheating. The
green indicator light will turn on and off
during the baking process to show that the
baking temperature is being maintained.
Rear indicator lights (red)
The rear indicator lights light up red as
soon as the appliance is connected to
the mains, and remain on as long as the
appliance is connected to the mains.
GENERAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Before first use
• Read all instructions, warning stickers
and labels.
• Remove all packaging material.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a
clean, damp cloth and a small amount of
mild detergent.
• Clean the inside of the appliance with
warm water, a mild detergent and a
soft cloth or sponge. Never immerse
or submerge the appliance in water or
place it in the dishwasher.
• Clean the appliance with a clean, damp
cloth. Use a dry cloth to dry the inside of
the appliance. Do not leave water in the
appliance.
• Leave the appliance switched on for a
few minutes to allow the manufacturer's
oily protective film to burn off (there
may be a slight odour or smoke, which is
perfectly normal):
