INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION:
Drive the ground rod until it stops into a wet place close to the energizer. The earth lead must be attached to the
earth terminal ( ), the fence lead either to the fence terminal ( ).
It is recommended to use an additional 1m rod ( 1a ) under dry conditions (see Fig. 1), and in case of long fences
and dry conditions use an additional ground wire ( 2a ) with intermediate rods ( 2b ) (see Fig. 2).
OPERATION AND CONTROL (SEE FIG. 3):
9V EXTRA POWER / BV 2600 (INDICATION 3B):
Turn on with button (Fig. 3a). After few seconds a green LED is flashing with the pulses (see window 3a). The con-
troller gives pulse into the fence. If there is no flashing either the battery is flat or there is a fault in the controller.
BV 3900 (INDICATION 3C):
The controller consists of two control displays with two illuminating diodes to show the quality of the battery charge
and the fence tension. The LED on the left shows the performance of the fence tension. If the LED flashes green
within the rhythm of the fence pulses, the fence tension is higher than 2000V and the controller is working properly
and the fence equipment is okay. If the LED flashes red within the rhythm of the pulses, the fence tension is under
2000V. In this case you need to check the fence equipment, because the conduction from the fence to the earth is
too high.
The LED on the right shows the charge of the battery. If this LED flashes green within the rhythm of the pulse, the
battery charge is okay and the controller is working properly. As soon as this LED flashes red within the rhythm,
the battery charge is not adequate. In this case you need to change the battery at the next possible opportunity. If
the two illuminating diodes are not flashing, there might be two reasons: The battery is empty or the controller has
malfunctioned.
CHANGING THE BATTERY:
Separate the upper energizer unit from the battery housing (Fig. 4) and change the battery (Fig. 5) - mind the right
polarity - red to + .

MONTAGE ET RACCORDEMENT:
L'appareil doit être installé sur un endroit le plus humide possible. L'électrificateur doit être fixé en position verticale.
Le câble de prise de terre sera raccordée à la borne marquée du symbole de prise de terre (
clôture sera raccordée à la borne marquée du symbole éclair (Fig.1). Il est recommandé d'utiliser un autre piquet de
terre de 1m (1a) si les conditions climatiques sont sèches. Si la clôture est longue et dans des conditions clima-
tiques sèches, utiliser un fil de terre (2a) avec un piquet de terre intermédiaire (2b) (Fig. 2).
MISE EN SERVICE ET CONTRÔLE (FIG. 3):

Allumer l'appareil avec le bouton poussoir (3a) - après quelques secondes, une rouge LED lampe témoin (3a)
s'allume au rythme des impulsions. L'appareil donne des impulsions à la clôture. Si la lampe ne clignote pas, la
batterie est déchargée ou il y a un défaut dans l'appareil.
BV 3900 (3C):
L'électrificateur possède 2 voyants de contrôle avec diodes pour voir le niveau de charge de la batterie et la
tension de la clôture. La LED sur la gauche montre la performance de la tension de la clôture. Si le voyant clignote
en vert au rythme des impulsions de la clôture, cela signifie que la tension de la clôture est supérieure à 2000V
l'électrificateur fonctionne donc correctement et il n'y a pas de défaut de fonctionnement sur la clôture. Si les LED
rouge clignotent au rythme des impulsions, la tension de la clôture est sous 2000V. Dans ce cas, vous devez vérifier
l'installation de votre clôture, parce que la mise à la terre de la clôture est trop élevée.
La LED sur la droite montre le niveau de charge de la batterie. Si elle clignote en vert au rythme des impulsions,
la charge de la batterie est correcte et l'électrificateur fonctionne correctement. Dès que cette LED clignote en
rouge au rythme des impulsions, la batterie est déchargée. Dans ce cas, vous devez changer la batterie dès que
possible. Si les deux diodes d'éclairage ne clignotent pas, il pourrait y avoir deux raisons: la batterie est vide ou
l'électrificateur a un défaut de fonctionnement.
CHANGEMENT DE LA BATTERIE:
Ouvrir l'appareil (siehe Fig. 4) et changer la batterie (Fig. 5), respecter la bonne polarité en faisant attention au
branchement des fils (le rouge sur le +).
