PROBLEM
The handle is not in
position.
The machine does
not start.
The auger barely
rotates.
Excessive vibrations
The unit is on, but
the auger does not
turn.
A thin layer of snow

TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The bolts are not engaged
correctly.
The battery capacity is
low.
The battery pack is too
cold.
The battery pack is not
attached to the engine.
The bail switch is
defective.
The auger or discharge
chute is blocked or
damaged.
The capacitor is defective.
There are loosen parts.
The auger or engine is
damaged.
The belt is damaged.
The scraper is damaged.
SOLUTION
Adjust the height of the handle and
make sure that the knobs and bolts
are aligned correctly.
Charge the battery pack.
Charge the battery pack for 10
minutes in warm area, or when the
charging light turns green.
Check the connection between the
engine connector and the battery
pack.
Replace the bail switch, or speak to
the authorized service center.
1. Clean the auger and discharge
chute. (Don't do this by hands.)
2. Replace the auger.
Speak to the authorized service
center.
Tighten correctly all the fasteners
and caps.
Replace the damaged parts.
Replace the belt.
Replace the scraper.
