TROUBLE SHOOTING
Fault
Water drips out when moving the
unit.
Unit does not operate.
Water on the floor.
Unit collect too little water.
Cause
Unit was unplugged before purging
was complete.
- No power to machine.
- Unit not switched on.
- The set humidity level has been
reached.
The drain hose is loose. Not correct
connected.
- Room temperature is too low.
- The doors and windows are open.
- The unit has not been used long
enough.
- The air filter, coils are dirty.

Solution
Purge unit before moving.
- Plug in unit. Check power at outlet
and base of unit.
- Switch on the unit.
- Choose CO (continuous) if you still
want to dehumidifying after the set
value has been reached.
=Tighten the connection of the drain
hose.
- Increase the room temperature.
- Close all doors and windows.
- Allow the unit to run more time.
- Check the filter and coils and clean.
