The dishwasher has not been
connected to your wireless
network.
The dishwasher has no
connection to your wireless
network.
The dishwasher is connected to
your wireless network, but the
router is not connected to the
cloud.
The filters are blocked.
The filters are not fitted correctly.
Debris in the drainage pump.
Drainage pump stop missing.
Kink in drainage hose.
Blocked drainage hose.
Action
Connect the dishwasher to your
wireless network. See Network
in the chapter Settings.
Check the connection to the
router and that your wireless
network is in range of the
dishwasher.
Make sure that other electrical
devices will not interfere with the
dishwasher's connection to your
wireless network.
Check that the router is
connected to the internet.
Reconnect the dishwasher to
your wireless network. See
Network in the chapter Settings.
If the problem persists, call the
service department.
Clean the coarse and fine filters.
Check that the filter handle is
locked in the stop position.
Clean the drainage pump. See
the chapter Care and cleaning.
Check that the coloured stop on
the right in the bottom drain is in
place. See the chapter Care and
cleaning.
Check that the hose is free from
kinks and sharp bends.
Disconnect the drainage hose
where it connects to the sink
unit's water trap. Check that no
debris has fastened and that the
connection has an inner
diameter of at least 14 mm.
