1. Introduction

Dear Customer!
We are pleased that you have chosen a MODSTER product.
All our models are carefully checked before delivery. Due to continuous
development and improvement of our products, we reserve the right to
make technical changes as well as changes in equipment and design wit-
hout prior notice. Claims arising from minor deviations from data and
illustrations in this manual can therefore not be asserted. Responsible
handling of the product is for your own safety and the safety of bystanders.
Please observe the safety instructions in this manual.
The warranty/guarantee convers manufacturing and material defects and
defects during normal use.
We accept no liability for consequential damage!
• Damage due to non-observance of the safety and operating instruc-
tions.
• Force majure, pile-up, incorrect handing.
• Extraordinary stress or external influence.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized par-
ties
• Damage caused by loss of control over the model
• Wear parts and normal wear and tear
• Optical impairments
• Damage caused by water if the ,,water resistant" instructions are not
followed
• Damage due to loss of control when batteries are not fully charged
• Transportation, shipping or insurance costs
• Costs of proper disposal of the product as well as setup and reinstalla-
tion work performed by the service department
