The power consumption is about 4 VA (Watt) without and about 8 VA (Watt) with
the optional headphone amplifier.
Voltages exceeding 15 V may cause serious damages which are not covered by
the warranty.
The unit is protected against reversed polarity.
The external power source is connected with a 2.5/5.5 mm plug with the
following assignment:
POWER-UP
DAC C460 does not include a dedicated power switch.
After turning on the external power supply the unit runs a short boot routine.
During this period the inputs and outputs are muted.
FUSE:
The fuse of this appliance is soldered in place and only accessible from the
inside !!
A burnt fuse may be an indicator of internal problems and should be replaced
during a qualified servicing or repairing works !!
