followingnotesoninstallationarelistedherefortechnicianuse.
5.1 Storage Bag (Fig. 18), max. 5 kg
Thestoragebagisattachedtothefrontframeontheleftandrightsidesbymeansofscrews
andtotherearframebymeansofsnapfasteners.Itcanbefilledbothfromthefrontandfrom
therear.
5.2 Lap Belt (Fig. 19)
ThestandardequipmentoftheEcoBuggyincludesasimplelapbelt.Toopenthebelt,press
togethertheplastictabsofthesnapbuckleundpullthemoutofthehousing.Toclosethebelt
buckle,slidetheplastictabsintothehousinguntilyouhearthebuckleengage.Thelengthof
thebeltcanbeadjustedviatheadjustingbuckles.
5.3 Five-point Belt (Fig. 20)
Theoptionalfive-pointbeltofferssignificantlyincreasedfixationandthusmoreseatingsecurity
thanthelapbelt.Itconsistsofshoulderstrapswithshoulderpads,lapbeltandacentrestrap.
a) Assembling the five-point belt
• Check the supplied components for completeness (fig. 20):1xfive-pointbelt,2xshoulder
pads,2xM5x40screws,2xspacers,2xwashers,1xholdingbuckle
• removing the lap belt:Unthreadthebucklefromthestrap(Fig.21)andpullthestrapout
ofthebackupholstery.
• Mounting the strap in the pelvic area:RemovetheM5x35ovalheadscrew.Mountthepel-
vicbracketsofthefive-pointbeltusingthesuppliedscrews,washersandspacers(Fig.22).
