12. DESCRIPTION OF ALARMS

WARNING
The pellet tank is empty
PELLETS FINISHED The ratiomotor does not load pellets.
ALARM
No pellet loading
No electricity supply during working phase
BLACK - OUT
The pellet tank is empty.
NO IGNITION ALARM Setting of pellets and of intake during ignition phase insuffi cient.
The resistance for lighting is defective of not in position
The pellet tank is empty.
FLAME ANOMALY
ALARM Bad setting of pellet and air on ignition in phase
EXTRACTOR REVS The revolution of smoke fan lowering morenthe 15% of speed to fan
ANOMALY ALARM congestion
Smoke extractor encoder is not functioning or not correctly connected
ALARM FAN BROKEN No electricity supply to smoke extractor
The smoke extractor is blocked
The combustion chamber is dirty
DEPRESSION ALARM The fl ue is blocked
The vacuum switch is malfunctioning

The smoke sensor has been disconnected from the board
SCREW BLOCKAGE
The screw is not loading the pellet.
ALARM
By pressing the button P3 on the display, the alarm can be reset.
Try and repeat lighting after the cooling phase.
REASON
Unscrew the protection cap and
press the button to reset the
thermostat alarm.
SOLVING
Check whether there are pellets in the tank
Empty the tank to check that no objects have fallen inside which could prevent the correct
functioning of the screw
Regulate the pellet setting
If the problem continues, contact the area Technical Assistance Centre.
Press the off button and repeat switching on the stove
If the problem continues, contact the area Technical Assistance Centre.
Check if there are pellets inside the tank.
