TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom
Error code ER 03 and
continuous beep.
Error code U400 and/or
continuous beep.
Error code E/2.
Other error codes.

Possible cause
You have pressed two or more
keys at the same time.
The control panel is dirty or
has water lying on it.
The appliance has been
connected incorrectly and/or
the mains voltage is too high.
Excess temperature of the
induction element. Overload
of cooktop or empty boiled
cookware.
Defective generator.
Solution
Do not operate more than one
key at the same time (exept
for the lock function).
Clean the control panel.
Let your connection be
changed.
Let the hob cool down.
Contact the service
department.
