7. Storage and maintenance

Storage
1. Store the device possibly in a way that the power
button is not pressed to any object, in order to
prevent the device from turning itself on.
2. Keep the device in an enclosed space where it is
protected from dust and damage (e.g. in a
cabinet).
NOTE:
Do not store near a heat source.
Do not leave in a vehicle as it can get overheated.
NOTE:
The recommended storage temperature for the
battery of the device is between 50-86 °F (10-30 °C).
A drop of performance can occur in case of inappropriate
storage conditions.
NOTE:
It is recommended to turn on and charge the device at
least every 3 months to preserve battery performance.
Do not wash the housing or the charger in
water or any other liquid.
Do not handle the charger with wet hands, as
it might lead to damage or electric shock.
Thoroughly clean the Penguin head after
use.
Make sure that all parts are dried thoroughly
before the next use.
If liquid gets into the housing due to improper
use, make sure that it is completely dry
before using it again.
Do not disassemble the housing.
To avoid damage, make sure the device
housing is not exposed to radiant heat.
