• Electrical connections for the sauna control system may be installed by an authorised electrician only.
• The power unit of the control system must be installed outside the sauna cabin.
• The temperature sensor must be installed within a distance of 1.5 metres from the heater.
• The controls must be connected in a de-energised state.
• When carrying out any installation, maintenance or repair work on the controls or the heater, all the poles of
the power supply must be disconnected via fuses from the mains supply.
• It is imperative to also observe the safety and installation information provided by the cabin and heater
manufacturer.
• The sauna controls must only be used to control and regulate a Finnish sauna heater and infrared radiators,
including accessories such as lights and ventilators. Maximum power rating 3-phase up to 11 KW.
• Please read the safety information carefully and keep the instructions close to the sauna controls for
reference when needed.
• The controls must not be operated by children under the age of 8. If there are young children in the house,
we recommend enabling the child lock.
• The sauna controls can be used by children above the age of 8, as well as by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities and by persons with a lack of experience and knowledge. However,
they should be supervised or trained on the safe use of the controls and the potential risks that might arise.
• Children must not play with the controls and may only clean the device under supervision.
Attention: Before starting the sauna operation you must check if there is any inflammable material on
the heater, such as a towel, a sauna bucket, a scoop, etc. Danger of fire!
• Avoid sessions under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs.
If remote start is used, the heater must be equipped with a disconnecting rocker or a door contact
switch.
• We are not liable for any damage caused by improper operation or incorrect installation. Please read the
operating instructions carefully before starting the device.
• Changes to the sauna controls or the installation are not admissible and can lead to unforeseeable danger.
Please contact the supplier or manufacturer for any desired extensions.
Caution danger to life: Never carry out any repair or installation by yourself. The casing cover may
only be opened by an expert.
• All the control poles must be disconnected from the mains in the case of repair or installation work.
Attention: The power unit must not be installed into a closed control cabinet or a closed sauna wall.
