Maintenance
Clean the exterior of the device with a soft, dry cloth or brush only.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions that may damage the surface of the casing.

Make sure that the needle protection is in place while cleaning to avoid unnecessary damage to the
pick-up needle.
A - Cleaning the pick-up needle:
Use a commercially available phono needle brush to clean the pick-up needle. Always move the needle brush in
playing direction from the back to the front. Otherwise, the needle may be damaged.
B - Pick-up needle replacement:
If the pick-up needle is worn, it should be replaced. Carefully pull it off towards the front and down. Push on the new
needle in the reverse direction.

Record care:
Use a commercially available record brush or similar to clean your records.
Never wipe off the records with unsuitable or dry cloths. This causes static charge that will become obvious during
playback as crackling.
