Troubleshooting

- Pick up pipe not in the right
position
- Blocked pick up pipe
- Blocked nozzle
- Blocked filter
- Output control requires
adjustment
- Output adjustment is not
correct
- Paint is too thick
- Spray gun is not clean or
not lubricated. Piston is
stuck in cylinder
- Too much paint
- Viscosity is too low
- Spray gun is not clean or
not lubricated. Piston is
stuck in cylinder.
- No power
- Poor output adjustment
- Not enough paint in the
container. Air is sucked in
- Paint has not been thinned
properly. Paint is not pass-
ing pick up pipe completely
- Re-adjust pick up pipe
- Clean with thinner

- Check the viscosity of the
